Houston Chronicle - PJ's Coffee of New Orleans set to expand in Houston

PJ's Coffee of New Orleans has signed a deal with franchisee Mike Price, owner of the PJ's Coffee shop in Conroe Regional Medical Center, to open up to 10 locations in the next six years.

The next location will open at 11934 Barker Cypress near U.S. 290 in Cypress at the end of this year. Another eight could go up in the north Harris County/south Montgomery County region, which covers areas such as Magnolia, Tomball, The Woodlands, and Kingwood/Humble.

"We are thrilled to expand PJ's Coffee throughout Houston with the company's first multiunit franchise agreement," Price said in an announcement.

"Many people in our area and our future target markets are familiar with PJ's Coffee — either from their travels to Louisiana, or from experience as a New Orleans local now living in Texas."
