PJ’s Coffee Named to the LSU 100: Fastest Growing Tiger Businesses

LSU 100 to honor PJ’s Coffee at 2017 LSU 100 Gala October 5 at L’Auberge Resort and Casino in Baton Rouge
NEW ORLEANS, La. (August 18, 2017) — PJ’s Coffee was recently named to the LSU 100: Fastest Growing Tiger Businesses (LSU 100) by Louisiana State University and LSU Executive Education. LSU 100 identifies, recognizes and celebrates the 100 fastest growing Tiger-owned or Tiger-led businesses in the world. In addition to celebrating the success of the honorees, the LSU 100 provides a forum to pass lessons on to the next generation of LSU entrepreneurs. The LSU 100 was created to offer encouragement, education, networking and assistance to entrepreneurially-minded students, faculty, and businesses.

The LSU 100 will host the 2017 LSU 100 Gala featuring the V-Tones Band on October 5, 2017 from 5:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at L’Auberge Resort and Casino in Baton Rouge, La. The LSU 100 showcases the entrepreneurial success of LSU graduates representing various fields and professions including technology, oil and gas, insurance, healthcare, design, construction, manufacturing and public relations. By engaging the honorees with the LSU community, students and alumni network with and learn from one another to create a legacy of entrepreneurship at LSU.
